Yes. You can book your TAP Miles&Go MilesOnly ticket online for any TAP flight. Please go to "Book with Miles" to book a TAP Miles&Go MilesOnly ticket online. If you wish to book your Miles&Cash ticket(s) or book other TAP Miles&Go awards, please contact your TAP Miles&Go Service Centre.

Yes, as long as they are on your list of beneficiaries. You can use your miles to buy MilesOnly or Miles&Cash for yourself or anyone else. However, if you're not travelling and wish to booka flight for someone else with your miles, you will have to send us a signed authorisation with a copy of an ID document verifying your signature. This process makes the use of your miles more secure and ensures that no tickets are issued without your permission.
Yes, children’s tickets (age 2 to 11) are available for a 25% discount on the price of a MilesOnly or Miles&Cash adult ticket.

These amounts only apply to tickets booked through TAP. If you book through the Star Alliance network the number of miles will be the same as for an adult ticket. Further details here.
There is an issue service charge for MilesOnly and Miles&Cash booked at the TAP Miles&Go Customer Service Centre or TAP stores. See booking charges here.
No. MilesOnly and Miles&Cash are only available for adults and children aged 2 to 11 years. Children aged 0 to 2 do not occupy a seat. This means that you can book an adult MilesOnly or Miles&Cash and then ask the TAP Contact Centre to issue a child's ticket.
Yes, if the child is aged between 5 and 11. You will have to make the booking at the TAP Miles&Go Customer Service Centre. There are special procedures, so it is not possible to book unaccompanied minors online.
All children under 12 years of age travelling alone are considered "unaccompanied minors". If you want to book with a MilesOnly or Miles&Cash for a child under 12 travelling alone, you will have to contact our TAP Miles&Go Customer Service Centre or a TAP office near you. A codeshare flight is one sold under the code of more than one airline. You can use your air miles to book TAP-operated flights. For example, if you want to make a booking with TAP on a flight operated by Olympic Airways, you will not be able to do so with a MilesOnly ticket or a Miles&Cash ticket. You can use your air miles to book flights operated by TAP, Star Alliance Network airlines or our other partner airlines, where this type of award is allowed.
If you book your MilesOnly online, you will pay a smaller service charge per ticket. Booking online also offers more speed, flexibility and independence.

Yes. You can use the miles previously earned in the TAP Miles&Go Programme to pay for purchases at Store.flytap.com. TAP Store products are currently only unavailable in Brazil, USA and Canada.

You will have to have sufficient miles in your TAP Miles&Go Account balance to cover the total product purchase costs (products + shipping).

Payment with TAP's TAP Miles&Go Programme miles will be automatic after logging in with your TAP Miles&Go Client Number.

All the Terms and Conditions of sale, available at Store.flytap.com, apply when paying with TAP Miles&Go Programme miles.

Yes. On ticket changes made after October 19, 2023, the amount stipulated on the new miles table for Star Alliance and Partners will apply. TAP posted this change on its website 30 days in advance so that, if necessary, you can modify your tickets before its implementation.
No. The values on the Star Alliance and Partners table are standard. The values remain equal regardless of the season you make your trip. This way, you'll always know that you can count on these values.
No. There are no changes on the TAP table.
